We want to help you connect with system partners, showcase your impact, build your leadership and management capacity, and access the sustainable, equitable funding you need to keep delivering.

What we are, and aren't
We are not a grant funder. We do not distribute money and step back. We invest, we enable, we oversee and we stay involved. We bring together community insight, clinical partners and social investment in a structured and accountable way so that the right services can start, grow and scale.
We are not the NHS. We work collaboratively with public, private and voluntary sector partners to design and deliver services that the NHS alone cannot. We focus on health, wellbeing and social equity, tackling local challenges through innovative, outcomes-based approaches.
We are not national. We are Lincolnshire. We know this county, its communities, its geography and its challenges. That local rootedness is not by accident, it is the whole point.

We are for voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise organisations with ideas and programmes that could improve health outcomes across Lincolnshire, from the coast, to the rural heartland, to the city.
We are not the right fit for everyone. If you are seeking a straightforward grant, or your work is not place-based in Lincolnshire, we are probably not who you need. If you land here and we are not right for you, we will always point you somewhere else, towards LVET, Involving Lincs, Lincolnshire Community Fund or CVS Lincs.
